How do I know if something will come back in my size?
Zyia’s inventory is boutique style, meaning items have limited stock and some may not restock once sold out. The Zyia website uses labels to show if and when items will be restocking! A pink sticker indicates when something will restock. A blue sticker indicates that an item will not restock.
See something you love?! Don’t risk it selling out when it restocks! Get on my preorder list and I’ll order the item in your size as soon as it hits the site!
How does your preorder list work?
If an item you love is out of stock, fill out the following form to get on my preorder list.
When the item restocks I will purchase it for you, send you an invoice and ship the item to you once I receive it.
Please allow 14 days from the restock date to receive your order. More popular items and larger restocks may take longer to ship out.
I love an item and it’s not restocking. What can I do!?
The dreaded “not restocking,” sticker may pop up on some of your favorite items, which is why I always encourage customers to grab an item they love as soon as they see it! If you adore an item and it is marked as not restocking, reach out to me and let me know! I may be able to find the item for you or recommend something that is a similar fit, feel and style. Sometimes ZYIA surprises us and re releases customer favorites after they’ve been in retirement so I can also add you to my retired item pre order list.
How do I know my size?

Zyia has a 30 day return and exchange window, from the time the item was purchased. Be sure to keep the tags and bags your items arrived in!
Zyia also offers a 12 month warranty that protects against manufacturer defects. Be sure to care for your Zyia appropriately to preserve the validity of this warranty!
